1. Your struggle is not your identity. You are more than your circumstances.

2. Death or despair do not mean your life is over. “God will restore you.” 1 Peter 5:10 (Reclaim The Roar)

3. When your prayers feel unanswered or your soul feels abandoned, God is closer than you know. “When you pass through the waters I will be with you. They shall not overwhelm you.” Isaiah 43:2

4. Some of the best days of my life have not been lived yet.

5. Its OK to cry.

6. Its OK to be upset.

7. Life is like a piano – the white keys represent happiness, the black keys, sadness. The black keys on a piano also create music. Its OK to be angry.
