They are all worthy of comment however the one I love is the little girl with the cat!

  • CD Mayo says:

Agree with Jocelyn about all of them but the two that stand out to me most are 1)the little girl describing trees to her blind friend and 2) the 82 year old giving free haircuts to the homeless. Touched my soul…

  • James Aldham says:

I love them all but the one of the athlete who gave up his dream to help someone else touched my heart. There are times in life we are given choices; eternal choices. They establish the path we walk while we are on earth and resonate in Heaven.

    Too cute, eh?

  • bob jones says:

“Hard choices” is right. Anything with football gets my attention.

  • bob jones says:

The “82 year old” part reminds that you cam never retire from serving and being helpful. Tks for posting!

  • Johanna LaVallee says:

Wow! How to choose!? Loved the little girl describing what a tree looks like to the little blind boy and the little girl who learned sign language to befriend the new little deaf boy…but most touching was the barber giving free haircuts to the homeless and the athlete….my vote goes to the athlete! Who does that?! Gives up their dream to save a stranger?!?!? That’s amazing!!!

  • bob jones says:

It can’t but make you think, “Could that really be true?” Kinda like God’s unconditional, sacrificial love for us. Thanks, Johanna.

  • Johanna LaVallee says:

I just hope I would make the same decision if put in that circumstance!

  • Rachel Marak says:

The little boy with the nine and his name on the back. Reminds me to be happy and give thanks in every situation whether it worked out exactly how you wanted it too or completely went down the drain. He’s still playing, he’s still just as good if he has a jersey or not.

  • bob jones says:

I was thinking he must have had a friend who wrote the name and number on his back. I wonder if Ronaldo has seen the picture? Awesome to be so admired as to have a boy write your name on their back. Thanks for commenting!

  • Gary Myers says:

Love the pure hearts of the children in 3 and 5.

  • bob jones says:

    Ditto.

  • Linda says:

What a choice, how to choose, the little boy and his milk money, the little girl wedding her blind room mate but the football player who gave up his lively hood to save a life stands out most.

  • Carole Schlachta says:

The little child that learned sign language touched my heart.
A wonderful read of our compassion and empathy for others.
    No age limit here.
Thank you, what a reminder of love and caring for others.
    This is a must read!

  • Kathy says:

I liked them all, but the athlete who spent 8 years preparing for a championship game and gave it up made a huge sacrifice. He saw something more important and you can tell by the look on his face, he has no regrets. His heart was in the right place.
