Limit the distractions is great advice! Concentrating on the task at hand will definitely keep my mind from wandering into the myriad of things I need to accomplish! These are all wonderful suggestions, but this is the area most bothersome for me.

“Wake up early”…It’s 8:50 am…I’ve had my breakfast, watched the news…& just finished shovelling the snow. I will probably need to do it again this afternoon, as it’s supposed to snow most of the day today. Thanks for the great blog Pastor Bob. Always enjoyable to read.
