THE POWER OF A DREAM: MATT JOY

Matt Joy had a desire to serve his country in uniform that went back to his college years. When 9/11 happened, he remembers vividly wrestling with the idea while he was doing his undergrad in Theology. Ultimately, he chose to stay on the course because of a strong sense it was what he was meant to do. Little did he know that God had a plan in mind that would allow him to say yes to both directions. REV. PHYLLIS RYAN FISHER: WOMAN OF HOPE

Sixty nine years ago, Phyllis Ryan Fisher was born in Toronto to a loving and resourceful mother who in post war years either cared directly for Phyllis or made sure she was nurtured in wonderful homes surrounded by people who “adopted” her into their families. Small Town Girl Although Phyllis was an only child she collected moms and dads and sisters along the way that enriched her life and helped mold her into the lady she grew to be.
