Summer camps for kids are an amazing time, especially for kids in war.

A Child in War Time

Imagine you are a child in war time.

You go to sleep with sirens.

You know a relative, friend, or neighbour who died during the war.

Rocket craters, burnt out apartment buildings, and smoke on the horizon are all too familiar sights.

Loads of Love summer Camps are a reprieve from the horrors of war.

Children’s camps take place all across eastern Ukraine. This summer, over 2,000 children will have a week-long retreat filled with nutritious food, amazing crafts, inspiring Bible stories and joy! What a thrill to help them treasure every moment of every day and feel the love of Jesus.

“It is a miracle to see happiness on the faces of Ukrainian children. We thank God for Loads of Love and all Canadian people for such a priceless gift, as happiness on their faces.”

Jocelyn and I will be working with Kids Camps in Ukraine this summer.

You can help a child go to camp through Loads of Love. And your church can play a part too. Invite your pastor or Children’s pastor to support a  kids Day camp in Ukraine this summer. $100, $250, $500 will go a long way to put a smile on a child’s face and hope in their heart.

Designate your giving to  B&J Ukraine Ministry and include the word “camp” in the message section. Thank you.

Please share this post and invite others to help kids this summer. You’ll be glad you did.

Hope grows here.  We share stories that inspire people, build faith, and offer lasting purpose.

We’d love to have you Subscribe to REVwords. We’ll put helpful content into your inbox Mondays and Fridays.
