Stories make the world go round.  Joseph Campbell puts stories in perspective, “If you’re going to have a story, have a big story, or none at all.” Can you imagine a story bigger than Easter?

Stories

Obsession With A Tomb is my first attempt at historic fiction.

He obsessed over the tomb. Stone cutters can take years to carve a tomb out of the white, coarse crystalline limestone that bordered their family garden. This particular stone was known as “sweet rock” and demanded the finesse of skilled hands. Joseph felt an urgency to finish the work.

The garden where he and his beloved spent many a Sabbath afternoon provided a serene setting for something as sacred as a family tomb. Finally, after years of labor, the project was complete.

Now Joseph’s obsession with the tomb began to make sense. Rabbi Jesus was dead.
