THANKSGIVING NOTES

On Thanksgiving Sunday people were asked to record what they are thankful for. The following is a sample of those expressions.

Thankful For…

PHIL G. – “I am thankful My God is a healer. I am able to be here to celebrate my granddaughters dedication and to see their parents following God.”

MARY – “I am thankful for my country of Canada, our forefathers who built this country on godly values. From those values we still have a free country.”

JULIE F. – “God sent his son Jesus to pardon my sins and the world’s sins. For 100,000,000 blessings in my life. Because everyday my relationship with God grows.”

SHARON – “I am a nurse and I am thankful that at the end of each day at work I can go home to healthy family and friends.”

MICHELLE – “I am thankful for my family – new and old. Thankful that my fiance has been with me through every doctors appointment and every scare.”

SARAH – “I am thankful that Jesus laid his life down for me. I am thankful for his unending love. I am thankful for my church family.”

ELAINE – “I am thankful for all of God’s lessons and challenges and mostly for what God has given me. You have blessed me to love and forgive. I am so grateful for this church and all the pastors and the music. It’s a place of peace and happiness. A very good feeling whenever I am here.”

ERIC – “I am thankful for the strength God gives me day after day living separate to my wife because of the immigration process that is taking too much time.”

ALISON – “I am thankful for family, for health, life and for the ability to learn new things.”

CHERYL – “I am thankful for finding this church. The open arms and welcoming sense of community has been absolutely wonderful for my daughters and I.”

DELORIS J. – “I appreciate how Kristen Fersovitch touched my life in a small moment which led me to a gigantic awakening in my life.”

CRAIG – “I am thankful for my attendance at North Pointe today. It made me realize how I take things for granted to much sometimes.”

TOPE – “I am thankful for my family and all the blessings God has provided for us. My daughter’s smiles and the joy I get everyday when she wakes.”

JOHNY – “I am thankful for my family, our 20th wedding anniversary coming up on Oct. 17th.”

DIANE – “I am thankful for my church and pastors and Kristen Fersovitch’s influence in my life without her knowing it. For music and healing from excruciating nerve pain.”

DONNA – “I am thankful for my family and friends wellness and the beauty of the world.”

ALLAN M. – “I am thankful for family, good health, safety, good children, North Pointe today and Pastor Bob’s guiding light.”

DARCY – “I am thankful for change and the ability to learn new things.”

MIA – “ I am thankful for the love and support of my family and friends through difficult times.”

MAUREEN – “I am thankful for my family who is always there for me and the God who blessed me with my family.”

MIKE – “I am thankful for my wife, our two sons and a third child on the way.”

JOAN – “I am thankful for my beautiful healthy children and grandchildren.”

TINA – “I am thankful for my family, my health and theirs and my home.”

KARLEE – “I am thankful for life, family, friends and my horse.”

TINA – “I am thankful for the Lord adding another year to my life and also making me see the true meaning of love and happiness on my family.”

OLIVIA – “I am grateful for God’s unfailing love for me and for my family.”

TIM R. – “I am thankful for great friends who are like family and to be able to share in so many lives and give them faith.”

DODIE B. – “I am thankful for God’s love and forgiveness and for North Pointe Community Church.”

MARY – “I am thankful for God who is in my life and that God has given me a wonderful husband, kids and grandkids. Thank you Jesus.”

ANITA – “I am thankful for a church where Jesus is presented.”

MARTIN – I am thankful for my wife being raised in a Christian home and for her leading me to the Lord.”

BRENDA – “I am thankful for my family, my home, my job, my upbringing, God’s love, redemption and faithfulness.”

GIFTY A. – “I am thankful for the gift of life, Jesus’ sacrifice for me on the cross, for his live and faithfulness.”

JEFF – “I am thankful for Jesus and that He came to save us – you, me, my children, our parents. He came so that we might have life and have it to the full. Eternally.”

DOMI – “I am thankful for my family and spiritual family and God’s blessings in my life.”
